 The Anne Grady Day Program Prescribed
Pediatric Center (PPC) is a medical day treatment
program that provides nursing
services and early childhood education to
infants, preschoolers, and school-aged
children from birth up to 18 years of age.
We were established in 1993 as a family centered,
cost effective alternative to
private duty nursing and institutional care.
Our professional staff is employed by
Anne Grady Services and includes
registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and early childhood education teachers.

The PPC is located in south Toledo
on Birchwood Avenue off of Heatherdowns Boulevard in the EduCare Center of the
University of Toledo Medical College. The EduCare Center, formerly a
neighborhood elementary school, is located within a residential neighborhood and
has spacious outdoor playgrounds. TARTA bus service stops at the corner of
Heatherdowns Boulevard and Birchwood Avenue for easy access to the EduCare
Center.
